Art and Spirits

Have a fun night out with the guys at Paper Crown as you learn some of the basics on how to create artwork. Never painted before? We can teach even the extreme novice artist some tips and tricks. Bring some wine and make it a date night, or grab a few friends for a creative and entertaining night out somewhere new and fun.
Ages 18+ (sorry, no alcohol for under 21)

We teach 4 different types of classes:
Acrylic Design – This one is best for the extreme novice. You will be painting something very simple, yet stylish enough to hang in your living room… or give to your dog. Just kidding.
Acrylic Basic Techniques – This one is for the person that’s painted before or has some idea of creating art outside finger painting. Nothing too crazy, but we’ll show you how to shade, highlight, perspective, composition, mix colors etc.
Drawing – Where it all begins. We’ll show you some tips and tricks, line weight, pre-sketching, shading, etc.
Spray Paint – This is for someone who has at least a small background in art who would like to expand their skills into a different medium. We’ll show you all the necessary stuff to get you started in the right direction.

Twice a month on a Friday, Art & Spirits Painting Class at Paper Crown Gallery – BYOB – 11×14 canvas, pencils, paints and brushes provided, 2 hour art class (7pm-9pm) on the following dates:

November 23rd – Drawing (Jay Turner)
December 14th – Spray Paint (Jeremy Lombardo)
December 28th – Acrylic Basic Techniques (Natalie Shugailo)
