Tom Dewis

Tom lives in Elgin, IL with his wife, dog, and steadfast belief that food in a pill can, and will be a reality in his lifetime.  While waiting for the prophecies of his childhood to become reality (see also flying cars, robot butlers, moon colonization, etc  . . .) he creates art with whatever is close at hand.  He prefers paints, and inks, but is not above using a newfangled invention called a “computer.”  A toy he is sure will never catch on.

Despite being voted “Least likely to be voted for” by his peers (irony not being his peers strong suite) he continues to create, knowing that art can, will, and does change the world for the better.

When asked for a quote for this bio, a close friend was heard to say, “Of all the people I know, he is definitely one of them.”
